Anyone ever heard of it? It's not on TV (that I know of), you'll have to buy the DVDs or download them. I bought the whole series in one handy box set.
The storyline takes place in early 1920's Japan, before WWII. It centers around a young mystic boy named Nakahito, and what happens after he accidently awakens Kurumi, a battle android from the future, whom falls madly in love with him the moment she sees him. Fun stuff happens, more Steel Angels show up, usually trying to kill Kurumi, but ending up friends with her. More fun stuff happens, Kurumi almost destroys the world. Oops, maybe I shouldn't told you that part... forget I said that.
It's a really funny show. Only drawbacks you guys might find is it's full of fanservice and panty shots, so it 17+. Other than that, watch it. It's cute and actiony and, if your into that sort of stuff, a bit romantic. Plus the opening is really catchy. There's a second season with an even more catchy theme song, but the story is kinda crappy, and seems to be aimed more at young girls (though there's still fanservice and pantyshots).

If you do find it, it might be in 18+ sites. Steels Angels aren't always fully dressed.

for some odd reason the first episode i can't watch it so i'm completly lost as to what is happening

Well, it's been awhile since I watched it, but basicly Nakahito's with some bullies and they make him go into this old abandoned mansion thing, which the Military is surrounding. And when he's down there he finds Kurumi, and after an explosion or something knocks him off his feet, he accidently kisses her and she wakes up. Then Kurumi's creator shows up and the Military attacks, and she ignores her creator's orders, then Nakahito get's caught by a bit robot tank thing, and Kurumi turns it to scrap metal, and rescues Nakahito and her creator (forgot him name). Then they go to Nakahito's family shrine and stuff happens, blah blah blah. Like I said, it's been awhile. Can't really remember.
